A look at some of the work we've completed across Norwich and the surrounding Norfolk villages.
Raked out the failed mortar along the gable verge and re-bedded the edge tiles on a fresh sand-and-cement fillet, closing the gap where wind and rain had started working under the covering.

Laid a fresh run of red pantiles across a new-build pitch and set an in-roof solar array flush into the covering, with the panel surround dressed and sealed into the surrounding tiles.

Re-decked the pitch in ply, laid breathable membrane over a fresh treated batten grid, then finished in red pantiles — worked tight alongside the neighbouring thatch.

Stripped the pitch right back to the trusses and insulation, then re-covered it in dark interlocking tiles with a solar array set into the slope and flashed in.
Replaced a tired, weathered covering across the main pitch and the garage with fresh grey tiles, finishing with a full-width solar array across the front elevation.
Cleared years of moss and debris off a garage roof, bringing the covering back to a clean, even finish without lifting or damaging the tiles.
Fresh new-build garage roof finished in Imerys clay double pantiles, with 4 cement-bedded verges and a cement-bedded ridgeline for a crisp, traditional Norfolk finish.

Stripped tiles back either side of a failing valley, renewed the battens and underlay, then dressed in a fresh lead-lined valley to restore a clean, watertight run between the two pitches.
Stripped back the old, lifting lead around the chimney stack and dressed in fresh code-lead step and apron flashings — neatly tucked into the brickwork and shaped over the pantiles for a fully watertight seal.

Stripped a moss-laden, weathered hipped roof and re-laid it with fibre cement slates with hidden clip fixings and a dry-ridge system.
Stripped a moss-covered Victorian roof and laid fresh red clay pantiles with new ridge bedding for a clean, weathertight finish.
Lifted a tired pantile conservatory roof and replaced it with neat new clay tiles, fresh lead flashings and re-bedded ridges around the skylights.
Lifted weathered ridge tiles where the mortar had cracked away, then re-bedded a clean run of half-round ridges with fresh sand-and-cement haunching.
Stripped back a leaking flat roof to the joists, re-decked with fresh ply and laid a new GRP membrane sealed against the adjoining pitch.
Lifted weathered concrete tiles and ridges, replacing with new dark anthracite tiles and freshly bedded ridge caps.
Stripped the pitch back to the rafters, fitted breathable membrane and counter-battens, then prepared a fresh batten grid ready for re-tiling.
Stripped a tired, weathered plain-tile roof and re-laid it onto fresh breathable membrane and new treated battens, salvaging the chimney detailing.
Temporary cover and brick weights deployed after storm damage, followed by a full strip-back and replacement of failed battens.
