“Jedd is exceptional , in my opinion, he, and his team, did an amazing job of re-roofing the front of my relatives Victorian semi detached cottage, as well as chimney repairs, the rest of the roof was fine he said. ( That was also impressive as my relatives thought the back needed doing also, but Jedd said no, it's in good condition) He sent photographic evidence , before and after, with step by step photos. I've never seen that level of care and attention, or detail before, in all honesty. My relatives asked me to obtain quotes, as they are not online, Jedd was so understanding, and his quote was by far the most reasonable. When he met them to view the roof, he immediately put them at ease. They decided upon Jedd to do the work, and said Jedd, and his team were so efficient and showed care and respect for them, and their property, throughout the re-roofing including erecting and removing the scaffolding. He took away all the debris and left everywhere immaculate. He includes a 10 year warranty, which is also a positive. I've delt with many trades people throughout my life, some great ones, some not so great, and some well....., you can guess!!! lol. Jedd is one of the very best trades people I've ever spoken with, and seen work from, and what he says he will do, he does. He is also a really nice fella. I wish him and his team all the very best and hope his business grows exponentially.”

“Very good work, great communication too”

“I cannot recommend Jedd at Rise Roofing highly enough. He came out at very short notice to investigate a particularly difficult roof leak and was absolutely relentless in working through the possibilities until he identified what he believed was causing it. He simply wasn’t prepared to give up until he had found the problem. He then offered to return on a Sunday morning to carry out the repair, which genuinely amazed me, before managing to bring the work forward and completing it several days earlier. That level of commitment and service is truly above and beyond. Jedd is an extremely likeable, trustworthy and enthusiastic chap who clearly knows his trade inside out and takes real pride in his work. I had several other roofers look at the problem, but none came remotely close to Jedd in terms of determination, knowledge or professionalism. An exceptional tradesman and a genuinely decent person.”

“When we asked Jedd if he could refit a slipped tile he promptly visited, gave a quote and agreed a date for the work to be done. He also checked in the loft to see if there was any sign of water entering as there was a small hole in the roofing felt where the tile had slipped. He also identified another hole in the felt which needed attention. On the repair day he and his team arrived on time and were polite, friendly and efficient. The slipped tile was refitted and both holes in the felt repaired. We have no hesitation in recommending Jedd and his team at Rise Roofing.”

“Friendly and professional team . Great job”

“What a wonderful company! I cannot recommend Rise Roofing enough. Jedd is a fantastic guy - Kept me up-to-date with everything and went above and beyond when a skip company let me down. If you want an honest, trustworthy, professional and reliable company to help with all roofing needs, you need look no further.”

“Shortly after moving into our new home, we were trying to get to the bottom of some damp and mould in one of the bedrooms. While carrying out the original chimney maintenance, Jedd discovered that the real cause wasn't simply condensation as we'd initially suspected, but a previous repair to the roof valley that had been completed incorrectly, allowing water to pool and penetrate the roof. He took the time to show us exactly what he'd found, explained why it was happening, and provided photos so we could fully understand the issue. There was never any pressure to proceed, in fact, Jedd encouraged us to get other quotes before making a decision, which gave us a lot of confidence in both his diagnosis and his integrity. We chose Rise Roofing to carry out the repair, and we're really pleased we did. The work was completed in a day, the site was left clean and tidy, and it's reassuring to know the repair is backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee. Jedd has been honest, knowledgeable and easy to deal with from start to finish. We'd happily recommend Rise Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer they can genuinely trust.”

“Jedd inspected the chimney by climbing into the loft. Despite the surveyor suggesting there was a problem, he was able to tell me that there was no problem with the chimney and sent me photos to prove it. I was expecting to have to pay a considerable amount of money having had a quote from another roofer. Jedd was extremely honest and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“Very pleased with the work undertaken by Rise Roofing on my property. We had a few broken tiles on the front of our bay window which meant most of the tiles needed to be striped for the repair. Jed tackled this and restored the bay window to its original condition. I highly recommend Jed and should I have any further roofing requirements I’ve found a local tradesman to trust.”

“Jedd was doing a job for my neighbour when I asked him over the wall to look at a gutter fault left by a cowboy. Jedd took over - inspected the prob there and then, arranged the scaffolding and fixed the problem in between his other jobs. Excellent and supportive service at a good price. Thanks again Jedd. Richard.”

“Jedd and his team stepped in to get us out of a muddle when previous roofer deserted us midway through the job. Jedd was so obliging and carried out a tricky roofing job with absolute professionalism. Would not hesitate to recommend - five star service.”
