He came out at very short notice to investigate a particularly difficult roof leak and was absolutely relentless in working through the possibilities until he identified what he believed was causing it. He simply wasn’t prepared to give up until he had found the problem. He then offered to return on a Sunday morning to carry out the repair, which genuinely amazed me, before managing to bring the work forward and completing it several days earlier. That level of commitment and service is truly above and beyond. Jedd is an extremely likeable, trustworthy and enthusiastic chap who clearly knows his trade inside out and takes real pride in his work. I had several other roofers look at the problem, but none came remotely close to Jedd in terms of determination, knowledge or professionalism. An exceptional tradesman and a genuinely decent person.”

“When we asked Jedd if he could refit a slipped tile he promptly visited, gave a quote and agreed a date for the work to be done. He also checked in the loft to see if there was any sign of water entering as there was a small hole in the roofing felt where the tile had slipped. He also identified another hole in the felt which needed attention. On the repair day he and his team arrived on time and were polite, friendly and efficient. The slipped tile was refitted and both holes in the felt repaired. We have no hesitation in recommending Jedd and his team at Rise Roofing.”
